At our church we follow a simple model of ministry based around the means of grace: The Word, Sacraments and Prayer. Word and Prayer are found in almost everything we do from Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, Bible Studies, and fellowship meals. We didn’t come up with this model but follow the church from the earliest days, when the apostles devoted themselves to Word and Prayer (Acts 6:4). At Seven Springs Presbyterian church we seek to open the Bible, teach from the Bible and pray from the Bible.
